We cannot wait for you to come to Crooked Creek Ranch this summer with your high school and middle school friends! We are grateful for the time and energy you have invested in getting to know kids and we look forward to hosting you this summer. This website will hold all of the information that you need to make your trip to CCR successful.

The details below are everything you need to know for your camp trip so that you can be prepared for an incredible week. As we get closer to summer, we will continue to update this site; please bookmark this link and refer back to it frequently. UPDATES TO KNOW NOW:

Arrival & Departure

  • Arrival:​ You can plan to arrive anytime between 3:00 - 5:00 PM (MST). Please note that we can not accommodate any arrivals prior to 3pm. Please call the CCR office by 10am to give your ETA and hear final arrival numbers.
  • Senior High Departure: 1:00 PM (MST). Your bus can be scheduled to arrive/spot at 12:00PM (MST). To plan for meals, departure day will include a large brunch and a chicken tender snack before
  • Wyldlife Departure: 12PM (MST). Your bus can be scheduled to arrive/spot at 11AM (MST). To plan for meals, departure day will include breakfast and a chicken tender snack

Packing List/session specific info

  • Linens:​ Please have your leaders and campers bring their own bedding, pillow, and a bath towel. Pool towels will be provided by camp!

Dates & Tasks

  • IR Contracts:​ Due by end of day October 30, 2025.
  • R1 Contracts: Due by end of day January 15, 2026. (There is a deposit taken of $50/spot at this time)
  • R2 Contracts:​ Due by end of day April 1, 2026 (Financial commitment of 90% of spots)
  • 10-Day Report:​ Due 10 days prior to your arrival by 12:00pm (MST)
  • 48-Hour YLCC Arrival Form:​ Due 2 days prior to your arrival by 10:00am (MST). Please ensure all campers/leaders are registered, update the required fields for each guest (health form status, housing preference, leader orientation, # of times at summer camp) AND click the "48 Hour Complete" button. Refer to section 4 of the YLCC User Guide​ for more details.
  • Day 1 Call-In:​ Please call the Crooked Creek Office on the day of your arrival between 8:30-10:30am (MST) to schedule your arrival to camp.

Colorado health form Specifics

Physician's Signature Requirements:​ Some High School campers and ALL​ Wyldlife campers will be required to have a completed Physician's signature.​ Please click HERE​ to see all information for parents in regards to who requires a physician's signature for the state of Colorado

​ If the participant meets the requirements above while filling out the health form, after a parent/guardian completes the form, they will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • A link to the participant’s specific Medical Professional Signature Form, which can be printed and taken to a medical professional for completion
  • A secure upload link that allows the completed, signed form to be uploaded directly into YL Connect Camp

Once uploaded, the form is automatically attached to the participant’s record. There is no longer any faxing of medical professional signature forms.If a parent/guardian cannot locate the participant-specific form or the upload link, the local area or camp can resend the link from YL Connect Camp. The Connections Team can also assist in providing either link if needed.

Immunization Documentation Upload: All participants attending camp at CCR, per CO Childcare regulations, are required to submit immunization documentation. Parents/guardians are prompted to provide this information while completing the form.

During the initial form completion, parents/guardians may upload: A copy of the state-certified immunization record, or A valid exemption letter, if applicable

  • If documentation is uploaded during the initial form completion, no further action is needed.
  • Parents/guardians may also choose to upload immunization documentation at a later date. In this case, the confirmation email will include a participant-specific upload link that allows documentation to be uploaded directly into YL Connect Camp.
  • If a parent/guardian cannot locate the upload link, the local area or camp can resend it from YL Connect Camp. The Connections Team can also assist in providing the upload link if needed.

Medication Collection:Due to our childcare license in the State of Colorado, we are required to collect ALL​ medications, even over-the-counter meds. Please read through all of our Medication Collection Requirements. These meds will be collected as soon as you arrive to camp.

Health Form

The new unified Health and Consent Form is now live and ready to use! This updated form replaces previous health and consent processes and will be used for all participants coming to camp this summer:

Paper Forms: As a reminder, paper forms are now campaign specific and can be found on your arrival form. Any old versions of the 6007 form will not be accepted at camp this summer.​ If a paper form is needed, be sure to use the correct, current version for your trip.

Other items

 

  • Area Camp Trip Survey:​ We will send out an area camp trip survey in March/April. Please be sure to complete this survey so that our assigned team and camp staff can prepare for your arrival to camp
  • Retail Gift Card: Click this link to pay for a retail gift card for your area before arrival. These gift cards can be used in all retail spaces!
  • Camper's Leaving Early:​ Every camper departing from camp early or separate, requires a completed Permission to Leave Early Form.
  • Adult Guest Program: All Adult Guest questions can go to Hannah Gorton. You can register an adult guest through this FORM. All spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Bus Companies:​ We have used Ramblin Express, Arrow Stage Lines, or Hermes. There are certainly other companies that have been used and can be used.
  • Transportation to/from DIA: CCR unfortunately cannot offer transportation back and forth between DIA. Click HERE​ to see options for travel to and from the airport. Please note that none of these are CCR owned, so all require working with an outside organization and thorough planning beforehand
