ARRIVAL (3-5PM MST):

• Final Call In:​ On arrival day (Day 1) please call camp between 8:30-10am to confirm your ETA and schedule an arrival time to camp! ​ On this call you will confirm your final breakdown of campers and leaders and receive important arrival instructions.
• Driving Instructions:​ Please follow these​ driving instructions to camp and do NOT take County Road 50 or County Road 5. You will enter in at the wrong gate if you do not follow these instructions!
• Arrival Checklist

We cannot​ accommodate any early arrivals. If your area shows up to camp before 3pm we will have your bus wait at the gate until 3pm.

DEPARTURE(HS 12:30pm, wyld 12pm):

• High School-​ 12:30 pm (MST). Your bus can be scheduled to arrive/spot at 11:30am.
• Wyldlife- 12pm (MST). Your bus can be scheduled to arrive/spot at 11am.
• Departure Day Meals:​ High school weeks will include a large brunch and a chicken tender snack prior to departure. Wyldlife weeks will have a breakfast and chicken tender snack prior to departure.
• Camper/Leader Leaving Early?​ CCR unfortunately cannot offer transportation back and forth between DIA. Click HERE​ to see options for travel to and from the airport. Please note that none of these are CCR owned, so all require working with an outside organization and thorough planning beforehand. All campers leaving early must have their parents fill out this form​ prior to their departure.

FLYERS:

• Arrival:​ CCR is 2 hours from Denver International Airport. Please plan accordingly when booking flights!
• Departure:​ We recommend booking flights with a departure time that is no earlier than 4pm MST on your departure day. If you are planning on booking a flight earlier than this time, please reach out to Shannon!
• Recommended Bus Companies: We have used Ramblin Express, Arrow Stage Lines, or Hermes. There are certainly other companies that have been used and can be used though!

Paper Forms:​ As a reminder, paper forms are now campaign specific and can be found on your arrival form. Any old versions of the 6007 form will not be accepted at camp this summer. If a paper form is needed, be sure to use the correct, current version for your trip.

IMMUNIZATION DOCUMENTATION (REQUIRED FOR ALL)

All participants attending camp at CCR, per CO Childcare regulations, are required to submit immunization documentation. Parents/guardians are prompted to provide this information while completing the form.

During the initial form completion, parents/guardians may upload: A copy of the state-certified immunization record, or A valid exemption letter, if applicable

• If documentation is uploaded during the initial form completion, no further action is needed.
• Parents/guardians may also choose to upload immunization documentation at a later date. In this case, the confirmation email will include a participant-specific upload link that allows documentation to be uploaded directly into YL Connect Camp.

If a parent/guardian cannot locate the upload link, the local area or camp can resend it from YL Connect Camp. The Connections Team can also assist in providing the upload link if needed.

PHYSICIAN SIGNATURE (REQUIRED FOR SOME)

Some High School campers and ALL​ Wyldlife campers will be required to have a completed Physician's signature.​ Please click HERE​​ to see all information for parents in regards to who requires a physician's signature for the state of Colorado

If the participant meets the requirements above while filling out the health form, after a parent/guardian completes the form, they will receive a confirmation email that includes:

• A link to the participant’s specific Medical Professional Signature Form, which can be printed and taken to a medical professional for completion
• A secure upload link that allows the completed, signed form to be uploaded directly into YL Connect Camp

Once uploaded, the form is automatically attached to the participant’s record. There is no longer any faxing of medical professional signature forms.If a parent/guardian cannot locate the participant-specific form or the upload link, the local area or camp can resend the link from YL Connect Camp. The Connections Team can also assist in providing either link if needed.

new!PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION RIDER(REQUIRED FOR SOME)

Due to Colorado Childcare requirements,​ any camper taking prescription medications​ needs to complete a medication rider form that is completed by a healthcare provider. Now part of the new Unified Health Form! ​

If the participant meets the requirements above while filling out the health form, after a parent/guardian completes the form, they will receive a confirmation email that includes:

• A link to the participant’s specific Medical Rider Form, which can be printed and faxed/taken to a medical professional for completion
• A secure upload link that allows the completed, signed form to be uploaded directly into YL Connect Camp

Once uploaded, the form is automatically attached to the participant’s record. If a parent/guardian cannot locate the participant-specific form or the upload link, the local area or camp can resend the link from YL Connect Camp. The Connections Team can also assist in providing either link if needed.

MEDICATION COLLECTION

Due to our childcare license in the State of Colorado, we are required to collect ALL​ medications (leader's and camper's), even over-the-counter meds. ​ These meds will be collected as soon as you arrive to camp. Please follow the specific collection details​ below:

• Collect all medicines ( including over the counter) in a zip lock bag and label with the camper's first and last name, area number, and cabin name. Prescription medicines with labels do not need additional labels. These will be collected by our medical team upon your busses arrival to camp.
• All medications must be in their original bottles or packing.
• There should be no loose pills- Camp can only administer meds from the correct packaging
• Medications will be administered as the label reads. If the person follows other directions, a note from the parent/guardian should be sent along to specify correct medication regimen.
• Only emergency meds (such as asthma inhalers & EPI pens) can be kept with the person they are prescribed for as long as their health form specifies.
