This site is designed to serve as a "one-stop-shop" as you plan and prepare for your camp trip this summer. It will be updated regularly to include all of the important details, so please check back!

Summer 2026 Information
Windy Gap Trip Leader Guide
Arrival: Sunday (Day 1) between 3 and 5 PM
Departure: Saturday (Day 7) around 2 PM
YL Connect Camp
YLCC must be used for registration, payments, and trip management this summer.
Note: a standard registration template has already been added to your YL Connect account and is ready to be customized for your upcoming trip.
New! Unified Health and Consent Form
The new unified Health and Consent Form is now live and ready to use! This updated form replaces all previous health and consent processes and will be used for any participant coming to camp this summer:
Please review the Health Form page on Staff Resources for step-by-step instructions on inviting parents to complete the health form and reviewing submitted information.
Paper Forms: paper forms are now campaign specific and can be found on your arrival form. Any old versions of the 6007 form will not be accepted at camp this summer. If a paper form is needed, be sure to use the correct and current version for your trip.
Spanish Forms will be available the week of February 8, 2026.

Adult Guest & Doctors Programs
If you are interested in bringing adult guests with you to experience camp alongside your high school friends, please reach out to Frances Burkett to check availability & fill out the Adult Guest Registration Form on behalf of your adult guests.
To provide the best possible care, we need physicians licensed in the state of North Carolina to help us meet the medical needs of the campers and summer volunteers at camp. All camp doctors and their families stay at camp during the week of service at no cost. If you know of someone who would be interested in this opportunity, please contact Frances Burkett for availability and then invite them to fill out the Camp Medical Professional Application.
Area Camp Trip Survey
Our hope is to prepare an environment where every kid feels at home. In order to do this, we ask that each trip fill out the Area Camp Trip Survey. The results of each survey will be shared with camp staff and each session's assigned team.

Note: camp retail locations are no longer able to initiate internal transfers. In order to charge a tab or gift card to your area, please use your p-card when filling out the form.
