Thank you for showing up in the lives of hurting teenagers with the hope of the Gospel! We pray that your time at Windy Gap will be a breath of fresh air and can provide your friends with the opportunity to laugh, experience adventure, and hear the Greatest Story ever told.

This site is designed to serve as a "one-stop-shop" as you plan and prepare for your camp trip this summer. It will be updated regularly to include all of the important details, so please check back!

Summer 2025 Information

Windy Gap Trip Leader Guide

Arrival: Sunday (Day 1) between 3 and 5 PM

Departure: Saturday (Day 7) around 2 PM

YL Connect Camp

YLCC must be used for registration, payments, and trip management this summer.

Note: a standard registration template has already been added to your YL Connect account and is ready to be customized for your upcoming trip.

Adult Guest & Doctors Programs

If you are interested in bringing adult guests​ with you to experience camp alongside your high school friends, please reach out to Frances Burkett to check availability & fill out the Adult Guest Registration Form​ on behalf of your adult guests.

To provide the best possible care, we need physicianslicensed in the state of North Carolina​ to help us meet the medical needs of the campers and summer volunteers at camp. All camp doctors and their families stay at camp during the week of service at no cost. If you know of someone who would be interested in this opportunity, please contact Frances Burkett for availability and then invite them to fill out the Camp Medical Professional Application.

Area Camp Trip Survey

Our hope is to prepare an environment where every kid feels at home. In order to do this, we ask that each trip fill out the Area Camp Trip Survey. The results of each survey will be shared with camp staff and each session's assigned team.
